The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, marine repair experience, and a willingness to learn!
Marine Tech Trainee Job Duties, Skills, and Qualifications include:
• Rigging for delivery of new and previously-owned boats
• Diagnosis & repair of boats
• Performance of warranty and recall work to manufacturer standards
• Boat detailing, including buff/wax
• Attending training sessions/schooling appx. 3 weeks/yr
• Boat or marine motor/engine repair experience required
• High school graduate or GED required
